Your right to cancel

If you wish to cancel your order, you must let us know within 14 days of delivery. Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, or evidence that it has been returned, we will inspect it and process any refund due as soon as possible.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Original delivery charges will only be refunded where required by law or where the item is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

Returns should be sent to the return address provided after your return request is accepted.
