Shipping policy

At WantNowHave, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders are not usually processed or dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, service selected, and destination. Unless we agree a different timeframe with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days of your order.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address details provided at the time of ordering.
